Throughout my career, I’ve naturally gravitated towards roles where I could connect people, processes, and technology to create meaningful change. Whether redesigning business systems, improving customer experiences, implementing AI-driven solutions, or streamlining operational workflows, my focus has always been on delivering solutions that make work simpler, smarter, and more effective.

My career has taken me through education, digital media, software design, UX, instructional design, and business analysis. While the industries have changed, the purpose has remained the same: understanding how people work, identifying opportunities for improvement, and designing solutions that create real business value.

Today, as a Senior Business Analyst and Systems & Innovation Manager, I work closely with Executive Leadership, cross-functional teams, and software developers to translate complex business challenges into scalable digital solutions. From gathering requirements and mapping processes to designing user experiences and leading digital transformation initiatives, I enjoy bringing together strategy, technology, and human-centred thinking.

I believe successful digital transformation isn’t about implementing more technology—it’s about implementing the right technology. Solutions should be intuitive, scalable, and designed around the people who use them every day.

My multidisciplinary background gives me a unique perspective. I can move comfortably between strategic conversations with executives, collaborative workshops with stakeholders, technical discussions with developers, and user-focused design sessions—all while keeping the business objective at the centre of every decision.

When I’m not analysing processes or designing solutions, you’ll usually find me exploring emerging technologies, experimenting with AI, or finding better ways to solve everyday problems. I’m naturally curious, always learning, and passionate about creating digital experiences that people genuinely enjoy using.
